Hi, I’m Kynleigh! I’m a proud Boerne native and graduate of Champion High School, Class of 2019. From there, I headed to Texas A&M University (WHOOP!) to study elementary education and graduated in 2023. I spent two wonderful years teaching first grade, first in Frisco and then back home at Kendall Elementary. At the end of the 2025 school year, I felt called to leave the classroom, and that’s when I joined Hal and Staci Gahm as a real estate agent with The Gahm Real Estate Team.

Real estate is the perfect fit for me. I love connecting with people, building relationships, and helping families find a place where they can truly feel at home. Having grown up here, I know and love all the little details that make Boerne and the Hill Country so special!

Family is very important to me! My mom, Kimberly Skok, is an English teacher and cheerleading coach at Boerne High School, and I’m so thankful to share life here in town with her. My sister just got engaged and recently moved to Santa Fe, TX with her fiancé. We’re so excited for them as they start this new chapter!

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me around town at some of my favorite local spots! Here are some of my favorites: Sunny’s for brunch, Mary’s for tacos, On the Grind for coffee, and Ella Blue for shopping. I love pilates, sushi, and pizza, and I’m always down for a trip to the farmers market or grabbing dinner with friends!
